I want off Gabapentin for anxiety and i am looking for a non medical anxiety relief and came across ashwaganda , Do anyone have experience with this. tks

I just saw your post and I have experience with ashwaganda, I take it at night before bedtime to help lower my cortisol, reduce anxiety and aid in sleeping. I also take phosphatidyl serine and magnesium glycinate along with melatonin. I think it helps reduce anxiety but is probably not as fast acting as gabapentin.
