Hi there are you just getting anxiety mine started 4months ago it's not easy Anxiety can manifest is different ways you will be surprised some people just get that anxious heart racing feeling with tightness in there chest and some of us like me get all the physical symptoms of it which to me is the worst ... So to answer your question yes anxiety causes all that and some ... I'm having upper andomal pressure and shortness of breath as I write this cans can't hardly sleep if I eat a little it gets worst ... Hope you feel better are you on any meds or is this your first symptom ? And i'm coughing and feel lightheadedthats just a few symptoms

Did it help with the upper andominal pressure and shortness of breath ? I took 20mg of Pepcid last night and it gave me some crazy side effects my Doctor Prescribe me it but I won't be taking it tonight ....
