Find help with social anxiety

Hi,I am having social anxiety for years and I can't do daily tasks like shopping or get to my doctor because of that. I wonder if anybody knows if there is any existing voluntary service or service that has people who would take you anywhere you need and take you back home?

Hi id ask doc for referals To physio

Ot

Mental health teams

There are

Carers /support workers referals And

befriends and to council Etc

Referals are from above

Also

Maybe see if council have an

Ot you can self refer to council with lots of councils

and For help with

Aids /housing and social/services needs help Etc

It also builds a picture Etc

I'd phone gp asking for help an directions

I'd try the above first

There are some charities out there

But some closing with funding

Also if under retirement age

If your not recieveing

Pip

Apply asap

The

Pip also helps towards add ons and help

Also unable to leave house 4 days a week Should Get you a Mobility award Alone

then there is the Daily activities award also on top of the mobility award

Also esa high rates etc if you qualify for that
