Hi, I keep experiencing throat tightness as if I am choking but I can breath no problem? It constantly feels like I’m being strangled and I randomly start gagging. Eating food is a challenge because it feels like everything gets stuck in my throat. I’ve been wondering if it’s due to acid reflux? And if anyone has any experience with acid reflux let me know!
