Hello :-)

Sometimes we get these irrational fears and when we do they grow until we are stuck as they have taken over but we have to take control back never easy but can be done

You say you can manage 20 to 25 minutes in a car if it were me I would do this slowly it does not matter how long it takes but I would start by trying 30 mins and when I was feeling less anxious I would keep upping it even if just 5 minutes at a time until you have taken back the control this anxiety has caused you :-) x
