Have you came to accept that you will have aniexty/depression for the rest of your life?

there’s no cure only medication and therapy. I wish it would heal like a broken leg.

I guess I have accepted it. What other choice do I have? Running away from it and trying to ignore it haven't worked for me lol. Have to get my insurance sorted out (I just changed companies) then I plan to start therapy. It's something I should have done years ago. I'm hopeful that I'll get the tools to manage a little better. Anything is better than nothing, right?
