Hello everyone, just wondering if anyone has tried the herb Kava for anxiety and what was your experience? I made some tea with it the other day but didn't notice any difference.

It helps a little. I've also taken capsules of it.There are many stress relieving teas out there.
There's also the herb ashwagandha is really effective, Gaba, l-theanine.
