in public anxiety and on edge

Everytime I go somewhere with my family I get very stressed out being around people. I hate it. Going grocery shopping, going out to eat, or to a playground I automatically get upset and stressed out. I start getting into panic mode. Then when I we go places people like to stare idk why but it pisses me off I give a dirty look and say something under my breath. We moved back to a place where me and my husband met where he had a lot of exes. So now my nerves are always bad he or us will run into one. I’m always angry lately and on edge. Idk what to do? Anyone else feel this way?
