How does the third eye open through growing pains?

The third eye or pineal eye is located at the top of the brain and is responsible for regulating our cincardian rhythm. Some believe it has mystical functions and when it 'opens' we see the world as it really is. The pineal gland is also believed by some to be the receptor route for spiritual healing - but none of this has anything to do with anxiety disorder and its many symptoms as far as I'm aware.
