I’ve started my meditation yesterday and all o have is nausea, has it Improved life’s with long term use ??? Id love to know .

It can take a while for it to start to work for you, anywhere from 10 days to 3 weeks or more. When I was on it I did not experience any nausea but we all react differently to meds so you will just have to wait and see how it goes for you. It's highly likely that your nausea is just caused by your anxiety because you are focusing so much on how you feel and whether it is working or not and your anxiety tends to make you blow things out of proportion. Try to relax some and give the med time to work and be kind and patient with yourself.
