Hi, Lancashirelass07, I too had Covid. Negative a week or so ago. I still do not feel 100%. It is definitely affecting my stomach, still coughing and no energy. I had it mildly too. I am wondering if some is due to my anxiety. Maybe it is the long Covid they talk about. Not bothering with my GP. I know they will dismiss it. I think it is a case of just getting on with it and hoping it will pass. Good luck.

hi Alloagirl thanks for reply ,. I am into my third weekend. Been negative for about 10days ,. Still not much appetite and coughing . But a lot better than I was . If I could just get rid of this dizzyness. Am so knackered. Just feel like it's never ending. Hope you are soon fighting fit again.

I had covid this last week and am just starting to feel better but still have head draining and some fatigue. I'm grateful I got all of the vaccines so it never did get into my chest or get worse. I found just letting myself be tired, resting as much as I need, drinking plenty of liquids and soups and taking tons of vitamin C helped as well as keeping my digestion/elimination moving. The other thing is taking a non-drowsy antihistamine in the morning has helped with the headache/sinus draining. My appetite has slowly started to return and my taste and smell. I found it is an up and down process, feel better one day and then not so good the next but I am slowly getting better, keep telling myself to have patience.

think that's the secret, patience and rest. Unfortunately my patience is fast running out , after 3weeks. But don't have much choice. It's a devil the get rid of. Hope you're soon
