Coping skills advice

Hi. I just joined this group today. My therapist thinks it will be good for me because I’m struggling with some extreme anxiety mood swings. I had to stop going to my pain management dr because I would get so nervous and upset by the things she would say that I scratched my skin off in multiple places. Does anyone have any coping skills that are healthy when dealing with people and their judgment of you?

I went to one of those group For OCD Cutting and it never worked but good thing I don’t do that anymore.

I thought of my Own Coping Skill’s.
