Throat tensing

I don’t know what this is but I have to keep tensing my throat all the time!

It generally feels uncomfortable, like something is there.

It’s almost like I’m tensing my throat and ears and i literally have to keep doing it.

It’s driving me crazy now, I mentioned it to the DR but he didn’t seem to be worried

Has anyone else had this? It doesn’t seem to be going away either?

Hi. I get this feeling when my step son is being aggressive or violent. I cope ok with stress but at the times I mentioned above I get that feeling. Like muscles in the skin are pulling in against your throat. Mine happens rapidly like a spasm I guess.

I think it's stress related and not to serious but please check with a doctor.

I always survived abs know you will too.

Good luck
