I finally found a psychologist a week ago.

Just had my first session today. Kind of feeling a little better. I hope it works well.

My psychologist practices through Christian heart psychology in Minnesota.

I have sessions scheduled through march

Hi! Congratulations on finding a psychologist! I hope it continues to work well for you. When I saw a therapist it was the best thing for me! It is good you are able to reach for help yourself, that's the first sign of getting better! 😊
