So after all my symptoms I did another round of blood test for the third time and also an MRI for the second time and everything is still normal, so at this point is really hard to convince myself that anxiety can cause body aches and headaches and other symptoms. But I think my main problem is that I can’t stop overthinking and thinking in the what if’s I just simply can’t stop worrying about the future and my health. Does anyone know what can I do to treat these thoughts? And also to help overcome my anxiety. I need help ASAP please

Anxiety, and worrying about the future
Hi @Thatqueenforever1234 I'm so sorry you're having to deal with so much anxiety. We all worry to some extent from time to time about the future and our health and you are not alone. Unfortunately sometimes when people are experiencing high anxiety, it can sometimes affect how they are feeling and I know I get headaches if I have been feeling very anxious about something and most times when I actively find a way to relax and the issue I'm worrying about is solved, I find that the headache goes away. I'm glad you went and had the tests and they all came back normal which is good news. However if you feel that the anxiety you are having is beginning to be overpowering and affecting your everyday functioning, then I would suggest you seek professional help.
Research has shown that anxiety disorders can be managed well with a combination of medical, psychological, and spiritual care. There are licensed counselors that you can talk to about your concerns and they will be able to give you the help you need. I know a great organization that can point you in the direction via a free phone call to a licensed counselor. If you're interested this is the link to the resource that I think you will find helpful bit.ly/3GaXlf9 Stay strong and trust that you will be able to overcome this anxiety.
I wish you all the best for the future.
