Hi suffer for anxiety but within the last few years I've been able to understand it and no the tiggers. My anxiety is most health related so within the last week I had a bit of a cold stress leading up to Christmas since then I have been splitting up sticky phlegm I wasn't really concerned at 1st but now because it was quite a lot for the last two Days maybe is the cold coming about much else but I'm starting to worry and I went on Google search and it started to tell me so many different things anyone else experienced this before???

Yes. My advice to you is stay off WebMD. It will drive you crazy going from here to there with added anxieties.

Agree that may not be the best solution. The internet gives you so many different options on what your conditions could be that it tends to make you more anxious. Hope you have a good doctor that can explain what your condition is.
