Health anxiety

Hi there

I have suffered health anxiety for most of my life been on fluoxetine for about 18yrs and it has been managed .in November I was feeling more anxious and they where increased too 40 mg

After a spell in hospital in November 16 days I have had such bad anxiety the doctor increased them too 60mg but I am finding it hard too cope does it take a while for the increased dose too work

Hi there it does take a while to get in your system but if your feeling rough maybe ask your doc for a even higher dose if it’s not easing I too suffer with health anxiety for 20+ years so I know how ur feeling
