Most antidepressants can take at least week to work or longer . Do you have a follow up appointment with your doctor ?.

I have been on Prozac for a few years now. In the beginning it caused a lot of dizziness and increased anxiety. It took about a month for the full effect of the medication and had to be increased once so far but for the most part it helps my severe anxiety and depression problem. It’s not a cure that’s for sure but it takes the edge off.

I’ve been on it for close to 2 years now. I showed a huge improvement after taking it for about 2 weeks. I was pretty much back to my normal self and could function. before that i was basically couch ridden due to all the physical symptoms i had.
