I get strange head sensations sometimes as well. I also have been checked by medical professionals and they've found no obvious problem, so it's taken me a long time to start realizing that sometimes the whole answer is 'anxiety'. I've been to the ER so many times but it's sinking in - adrenaline and all of the other natural things that happen when anxious cause lots of unpleasant physical sensations. I'm getting better at not over reacting but it has taken quite some time, effort and therapy.

Other than seeing your doctor and hearing that there is nothing physically wrong, what are you hoping for?

Yes - I totally know. So it's time to develop a new skill. Practice thinking about the facts rather than the fears. Since doctors aren't worried, there's nothing physically wrong. It's likely an anxiety symptom and will pass. Thinking this way is a process - it doesn't solve the fear overnight, but with practice it really helps.

I have to fight not yo run to the ER at least weekly...

I've done many doctor visits and tests... No real answers

But still have dizziness, head pains, neck pains... and many more.

It's ok to believe that it's anxiety

Though I know it's hard to do that.

Hang in there, your not alone.
