Extremely nervous, just need someone to hear me out I guess

I am just so nervous about something. I am kinda waiting to hear back from someone about something but they haven’t gotten back to me, what they say will determine my plans for next year. It is really annoying that nothing has worked my way for the past year or so, I have been struggling mentally for a while now and things keep getting worse and worse, each thing being worse than the previous one, I feel so done right now. I spent the whole day in bed right now, because I have just been so nervous, I only managed to have one meal today coz I cannot eat anything at the moment
