Hi, does anyone know the diff between the rescue remedy spray and the pastilles? Thanks ☺️

I don't think there is much of a difference in terms of active ingredients/how it works, just a preference in how to take it. I've never had the pastilles, I've tried to spray and it didn't do much for me personally but worth a try as different things work for different people.
