Ugh I'm so lightheaded sometimes. I feel like I'm on the verge of passing out but I never do. When this happens it can last anywhere from a few hours to a few days and NOTHING helps, believe me I have tried everything. This is my most debilitating symptom and probably the reason my anxiety has stuck around for so long. Everytime it happens I get scared I'm going to die. It's not something I can just ignore and go about my day with either unfortunately, it affects the way I think and talk and makes me pretty much useless

Lightheaded
Hey,
I get this too. Sometimes I feel like my head does the tiniest movement and I go so lightheaded and struggle to focus. It only lasts a few seconds but then it just keeps happening over a few hours. I have noticed that 90% of the time it happens is on an evening when I'm feeling tired so I'm not sure that has anything to do with it.
I get anxious that I'm going to pass out but like you it's never happened and after blood tests and an mri there isn't any reason I should pass out so for me it's completely irrational, but that doesn't stop it happening.
Have you noticed any patters on when the light-headedness comes on?
😊
It may seem counter-intuitive but lightheadedness could simply be low blood pressure, which is generally not treated in the UK. On the other hand, if it is anxiety (as I have had), then 80mg of propranolol did the trick - only downside is that it lowers your blood pressure, so I'm on a maintenance dose of 20-30mg/day!
This is literally me everyday. It’s 100% anxiety/stress and it’s hellish. The best thing that I can suggest to do is live your life to the fullest that you can(trust me I know that’s hard when you feel like you will constantly faint, mine is also 24/7) but you will be okay. Accepting really does work. It will get better I promise x
