I’m not anxious, I’m not thinking of anything, I’m not scared, there’s nothing there, so why would I have these pains and symptoms? Every single day, not a day that goes past I get chest arm and jaw pain all at the same time, it’s scaring me

Am I going crazy
I remember that you mentioned this several days ago. Then I believe the replies to your post suggested checking with your doctor. Have you done this? If you are still concerned you can also make an appointment with a cardiologist.
You're young ..... so, not likely to be heart attack (unless you're a drug or alcohol abuser).
You wouldn't believe how bad anxiety can get. I had one of the severe cases. It mimics many diseases. If you review my previous posts ... I talk about some of them. Although the list is lengthy .... it still doesn't describe all the things I went through. Unbelievable!
I never imagined anxiety was that horrible. Now, I know. However, once educated I began a de-escalation and calming program and it faded away nicely. Been in remission for a few years now. But when I read posts on here ..... the memory of those dreary days return.
Hi, I wouldn't call it crazy myself. Anxiety can take so many forms even physiological ones. I start to over heat so much I love the cold. I also used to train in super cold swimming pools to swim long distances in fresh ice run off lakes, but I was ok in the heat. Now my adrenaline just runs up my heart rate. I just have to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) exercises to manage it.
It's good you recognize there is a problem instead of ignoring it. Consulting a medical professional to determine if there might be an issue from external or internal causes is always a good idea for anyone especially athletes. Also it will help alleviate any negative thoughts that could be compounding the trouble after all if it didn't give you anxiety before it may now. Just be mindful Body and Mind work as one and that's been proven scientifically.
If you ever need to talk feel free to contact me. I've gone through such situations that manifested physical symptoms from anxiety and severe depression. Everyone is different of course so maybe some fresh eyes on a situation may give you a wider perspective and peace of mind. Cheers man.
I really appreciate that comment, Thankyou
No problem. It's all about community and knowing you aren't alone with the issues you are experiencing. There are ways to manage emotional regulation and physical health for better quality of life. I had a tipping point in my life which made it necessary to do this stuff when a very close friend very much like myself took his own life when we were in high school. I don't want anyone to ever feel so hopeless that they get to that point. So I am here to provide support and in turn will get support back from other as we navigate this journey of life. Hope that doesn't sound corny.
