How COVID has affected me and my anxiety

Well! Here I am! Had COVID last year end of July. Really don’t think my body or mind have fully recovered from it. The pain I thought was so bad has been magnified 😞. Just struggling! Having ongoing anxiety and occasional panic attacks. Now I have chronic shortness of breath which doesn’t help anxiety! Wearing a mask everyday makes it even harder to breathe. I have no energy. I manage somehow to work but can’t do anything else. Seems like the same old story. I guess I am stuck!!! Mom has been in a nursing home since just before COVID. I finally was able to visit her after not seeing her for over a year!!! It was great to see her!!! 🥰
