Migraine and struggling to stay asleep

Hey all have not written a post in so long but this whole day i have been getting really bad headaches and nothing seems to help. I also fall asleep but its asif i get pulled out of my sleep with a feeling of dread if that makes any sense. Im so tired but cant seem to just stay asleep.

The headache is afwul the feeling of something is wrong so tiresome

Hi antianxiety, it has been a while since you've been on. I've followed you in the last 5 years

through all your ups and downs and yet here you are today, a survivor. Migraines can come

on for many different reasons. From stress, to foods as well as hormones. I remember those days of intense migraines and how it would make me feel anxiety to a different level.

Like you, I would go in and out of sleep with intense fear. I didn't know at the time that was

coming from the stress stored in my subconscious mind. Medication can only do so much, if anything regarding the pain. As much as the chemistry in our brain physically changes when we have a migraine or tension headache, the cause is physiological. Doing Meditation and calming Breathing exercises can help immensely ridding your physical and emotional pain

Hey Agora yes you have been one of my favourite responses over the years and yes i have definitely come out a survivor. Been doing really well,panic attacks has stopped what a amazing feeling not to have that each and every day. Daily battles comes each day and it seems to me it does awaken anxiety even when it doesn't present itself right away but rather a day or 2 after a dramatic day or happening. I am more than a conquerer and i can honestly say that God has held my hand throughout this process.
