Why am I always looking to find a medical issue with myself? I can’t stop google symptoms and then thinking I have whatever disease it maybe. It’s totally consuming me. I wish I could just relax and accept that I’m healthy and not play out these worse case scenarios. Does anyone have any advice on how to stop? I’m driving myself mad!!

I cannot tell you "how to" stop googling but you MUST stop! Too much information is never, ever good .

Look my friend, had the same case. Thought there is no solution, but said to myself what if I start exercising things like soccer, so I started to know the answer. U know, it was amazing.
