Is my heart rate to low ?

Your heart rate is fine and there is nothing t worry about. Ae you tackling the root cause of your anxiety ie through therapy? This is much better than listing all your symptoms endlessly. It is health anxiety which is causing all this.
Your heart works tirelessly without you needing to think about it.Checking it during times of illness can aid a Doctor in diagnosing infection/ illness. The main use of an oximeter is to check oxygen levels.Pulses rise when people exercise get anxious fearful uptight or ill.
I used to check mine every hour 45 years ago when i was 25 because i was put on betablockers....it went as low as 43 bpm....and i was convinced it was going to stop..it has been as high as 220.It is an amazing muscle that works day and night never tiring.Heres a thing...if a heart should beat 72 times a minute in the average person (worked out by including both fit and unfit people) then someone with 55 bpm is getting more rest because the heart rests in between beats.
I let it do its thing...and only check my pulse if i feel unwell....which thankfully is not too often.
You need to keep telling yourself you are well, and that nothing changes that until a Doctor tells you otherwise...live long ...be happy.

Thank you
it's a perfect resting rate. i'm 58 and mine is 60 resting! you are good!!!
Sounds normal. Are you sitting down or laying down when you checked? Mine is usually 60 (laying down) and I’m 33.
