Hi ! Has anyone ever been to a chiro apt and had their heart rate spike at all . ??? I wear my fit bit so that’s how I could tell . I looked at the app when I was all down getting adjusted and it spiked to 150 , so I was just wondering if anyone can relate

I was a little bit but when I was on the table laying there with the electrodes stuff on for a few mins it’s was only in the 80’s.... I am thinking it spiked when he was adjusting me , cracking things ... but just don’t understand why

100% that’s normal , don’t sweat it. Most people’s would spike, just most people don’t have a fit bit or don’t check it at times like that. Your body is just reacting as it should

I knew I should have just taken that Fitbit off ... sometimes causes me more harm than good ... thank you for getting back to me!!!!!

That’s why I don’t own one. I used to have a habit of checking my own pulse all the time . A fit bit would ruin my mental state 😂. Not a prob
