not sure what's brought these on but my palpitations have been awful! usually come on as I'm relaxing after coming up some stairs or lying down in bed! I've gotten my heart checked out and had a monitor done 2 years ago and everything was healthy just got diagnosed with palps.
so I know there's nothing wrong with my heart but I hate how they feel and they make me so nervous!! anyone else get them even at rest? feels like my heart's skipping or jumping around in there

I am having all day every day and they are horrible. Have had them daily for 18 months but they got much worse when I started bisoprolol and after weaning off and stopping bisoprolol the rebound has made them even worse.Anyone that has never suffered palpitations haven’t got a clue how it makes you feel.
I've had palpitations, which they call PVCs for maybe 3 years I was having 15000 a day. I was referred to a Electrophysiologists and he prescribed Propafenone 325 mgs x 2 daily and I couldn't believe the difference. The majority of the days I don't get a single palpitation. Once in a while I'll get a day when I have a few but not that often. I was assured that they weren't dangerous but still they felt horrible. Hope you feel better. Please keep us posted.
Every....single.....day. I was eventually diagnosed with SVT, benign condition. Anxiety makes it worse.
Both my GP and a cardiac nurse requested appointments with the palpitation/ cardiac clinic at my local hospital and the consultants have rejected the requests as I have an ILR fitted and just recommended me to start back on bisoprolol which gave me serious side effects and was advised to come off them straight away.I am now paying privately for a video consultation with Dr Gupter hoping he can help and advise me
I’ve had them for years. Had them bad last winter. Had a heart monitor and everything was fine. They went away and now I’m getting a few here and there again ugh
Try Dr. Steven Sinatra’s natural supplement combination of 4 nutritional supplements I started this myself a week ago and it has really reduced my PVCs
The other thing I would suggest is aerobic exercise to really elevate your heart rate for 20 minutes or more . My idea was to “ show my heart who’s boss” and make it beat the way I want it to beat . This was a sure fire cure fir my palps up until recently . I am 62 now and I still exercise but the palps still occur after the exercise , that’s why I turned to dr Sinatra’s program . Check him out , because he also discusses the psychological and emotional causes for all heart problems
Hi everyone, glad to hear that I'm not the only one! I get palpitations daily especially while resting and after dinner. Some periods are worse than others and after 7 years of getting to know the patterns I believe the cause is hormonal imbalances. I don't drink coffee, excersise weekly, no refined sugars. This helps massively. Also breathing exercises and vagus nerve massage have helped with the anxiety related to the palpitations
