Whenever I'm with my friend my fears and thoughts go away. I feel normal. I don't even worry. For a small few hours I am ME- and I remember who I am behind all of this yucky fear and worry and stress. It's like wearing a mask. Whenever I'm alone they all come flooding back and I forget how to function like a normal person. HOW do I train my brain to be normal at all times.. how do I learn to be happy and not afraid and accept that bad things aren't ALWAYS going to happen.
