My left jaw feels weird

Its been 2 days my left jaw feels tingling/numbing/tension/hurt i wasn't sure how i felt it and hard to describe. Its feel like the aftertaste you blowing air as hard as you can with your mouth close and than your cheek kinda hurt. I think its the same kinda feel. Its making me anxious cause i found 2 lumps in my left side of my neck and the 1 under my chin but i dont know it is related or not but this really make me feel discomfort and anxious

Hi. You can store tension in your jaw. It could be that. You may grind your teeth during the night which could also result in a sore jaw. I find that I'm almost constantly clenching my jaw muscles without even realising I'm doing it. I then realise I'm doing it and relax my jaw. This could also result in tension headaches above the neck. Try relaxing your shoulders and think about what your jaw is doing, if it feels tensed up, relax it. Your neck and throat are full of glands, they could be inflamed for a multitude of reasons but more often than not will be nothing serious. Go to your Dr if you are concerned. Im feeling that my sore jaw is related to my lump in the left side of my neck cause its pretty close with the lump and its occur after i found my lump. The pain is like when you puff out your cheek when you blow balloon to powerful and then after that your cheek hurt, i think its the same kinda pain. The lump itself has already freak me out but now the sore jaw its came i worry that it might be cancer lymphoma im so scared right now i already see a dr and get the lump check but the doctor only check the lump that under my chin but she didnt check the lump in left side of my neck. Now i cant sleep at night cause im so anxious

I'm not in a position to say what it is or isn't as that would be foolish of me. I think the only thing you can do is go back to your Dr again. You can't not sleep as that is a huge problem. As you're on here I'm assuming you have anxiety, has it been diagnosed by your Dr? If not, you will have to mention that too. I know you don't get a long time at an appointment. Write a list out, I've had to do that before otherwise I forget stuff. In the meantime try to take your mind off your neck by reading, or mindfulness, watching a TV series you like, try tapping, meditation or go out for a walk. Do anything other than worry as it's a vicious circle. I'm not saying it's easy, because it's not. Please book another appointment though, ok?

I will cause the doctor gave me an antibiotic for my swollen lymph but if they not gone the doctor tell me to come again in a week its just been a 2 days but my anxiety told me its something serious so here i am cant stop feeling scared and panic. I haven't told my doctor that i might have anxiety cause the doctor tend to cure the physical problem and dont care about the mental problem so l kinda hesitate about telling me having health anxiety 'cause im not sure either if the insurance that i use can cover mental illness problem. Im only 19 years old without having an income so its kinda hard to pay the doctor bill.

Have you been to the dentist or had dental x-rays lately? I’ve had similar symptoms before and it was just an abscessed tooth.

No i haven't, i never go to a dentist before. Although i have three cavities but its never bother me before so im not kinda be bother by that. In fact i never go to a dentist ever in my life

Do you have swollen lymph nodes too? Or you just feel pain in your jaw
