So has anyone ever had indegestion for like days, constant, I mean like full whack, heartburn, chest pain, weird taste in your throat all day for like 3 days? I had a 24hr ecg about 2 months ago my heart looks fine, I used to have constant arm pain now this is what’s going on Instead the arm pain has gone more or less

Chest pain from heart burn is completely void of being a cardiac issue *as your ECG showed.

Foods and drinks containing caffeinated products as well as MSG can cause burning like symptoms especially if you are dehydrated.
