Hi does anyone wake up with panic attacks in the middle of the night early hours of the morning but jot where your heart is going fast? And also does anyone toes of hands go numb in the night?

Yes I do to both and the anxiety attacks waking me up in my sleep are the worse

If you have not been checked out my your Doctor recently then just let them do your blood pressure a quick listen to your heart etc , I am sure there is nothing wrong but good to physically get checked out and then you know it is your anxiety for sure ad can talk with them if they can do something to help

Sometimes I go on You Tube and listen to Deep relaxation before I go to sleep that sometimes helps
