My heart feels like it hurts 🥺🥺🥺🥺 I don't wanna die or go crazy 😭😭😭 help me my heart is beating fast and my body is tingly and my side hurts I feel like I can't breathe. What if I don't snap out of it

I fell going down the stairs and my hands are bleeding with tiny rocks in them. 😭😭😭😭 I hate this so much.

Thank you.. I've had chostocondritis before but this felt different. It felt like my heart was hurting but my heart rate was fine.

Iv had that feeling then got a sore throat. Dr said its acid reflux from stress. Hes put me on Lanzoprazole. Not making much difference at the moment. Anxiety can give us some awful symptoms. Difficult to believe it is anxiety. Hope you get some help. Take care

Tingly feeling reminds me of RLS (restless legs), have u ever tried magnesium supplementation, its naturally relaxing. Hope you get better
