All of the above Josephine. Panic Attacks come quickly and can leave just as fast.
It's that rush of Adrenaline that puts the fear in us, that produces the Fight or Flight
Response. When there really isn't any danger. In turn, our heart beats faster as
well as our breathing and physical symptoms appear such as what you are experiencing.
To reduce the symptoms you are experiencing can be done through daily Meditation which
would keep your mind and body in a more calming state. Practicing Diaphragmatic breathing can also help.

yep sounds about right..I can also give myself real symptoms of anything I happen to be worrying about at the time.
Beta Blockers are great for this. I take Metoprolol. Its made a huge difference. Speak with your doctor

I've only really suffered from this a couple of times but as has already been mentioned beta blockers in the short term are very good. Worked for me.
