Let’s talk about your anxiety symptoms and what you experience!
I have a few. I have really bad headaches every day, dizziness, feeling faint, derealisation, shortness of breath (everyday for the past 4 years), that horrible feeling of fear in the pit of your stomach (for no reason), tingling/weak feeling in both arms, racing hear/heart palpitations, sweating, hot flushes, the list goes on. Does anyone else experience any of these? Or something different?

Honestly? Some days I don’t. Some days it’s overwhelming. But other days I just try my hardest to push through and take the symptoms along with me. How about you?
Pretty much the same. I wake up with these feelings every single day. You’d think after a while we just get used to them and know it’s anxiety but each day it frightens me
Yes I have the hot flushes when feeling anxious. Not sure if it’s due to my age with the menopause as well. I get sweaty palms & feet & feel sick. It helps me to get on with doing something to take your mind off it then the symptoms ease. I am sure that having too much alchohol the day before can make hot flushes worse. Hope this helps.x
Throat spasms. Strange legs feeling l8ke something in my side back pains leg pains stiffness left side above waist one side. Feeli ngs that go right through body like I'm going to die. Headaches tightness rouhnd back and chest. The list goes on.
everything around me goes from a 0-10 instantly and everything around me becomes terrifying. i either get hot flashes or cold flashes. its miserable. idk what to even do anymore to help it
Omg Lucky....Having read your post and replies I realise I am not suffering alone. I feel as though I am about to fold up. I am aware that too much texting is causing the weak feelings in my arms to feel worse and have been having altered sensation in the hand that holds my phone . ...I feel stiffness in almost all my muscles. I hope and pray we can all find the way to manage our anxiety. x
