I have them every day and yes I get short of breath with them. They are wearing me out.. but if I’m kept busy I don’t get them... I try to do as much as I can each day but the minute I stop .... get them, also with a small headache. Not fun.
I wake up every morning breathing fast and shallowly..it appears to be a default mode!!!! And I have to make a conscious effort to slow and deepen my breathing before I try to get up. I also find myself breathing quickly during the day at times and don't realise it until I make the effort to really notice.

I have panic attacks sometimes also. Usually when it happens I just take a few deep breaths and usually stops depending on how bad they are.
