I’m so tired but anxious everytime I’m drifting to sleep my thoughts start racing and I get really anxious

Hi oliviaaa, using meditation before sleep will help quiet down those anxious thoughts in your subconscious mind. If you do this every night and develop a habit of using this calming technique, you may find that you won't be waking up in a startle. Meditate again, first thing upon awakening. Flooding your mind with positive, calming thoughts will become a habit in a positive way. :) xx
