Scared to get my life together

I’m scared I’ll try to get myself together and something bad will happen to me or something bad going to come up because I heard most times stuff happens like that I’m only 16🥺

I struggle with wanting to get well because all I've known is being unwell (depression and anxiety) for so long. I can relate to you. My therapist says how could it get any worse if I feel better. You don't know if anything bad is going to happen if you get yourself together. I believe you'll be stronger because of it.

I tend to believe it will make us stronger also and this all happened for a reason so thankyou for that but it’s just hard
