I have a wonderful husband and my family ties are strong with my Son and Daughter and 4 lovely grandchildren. We live a long way from each other, but I thank my lucky stars for Skype when we can catch up now and again. Seeing parents in carehomes not being allowed their loved ones is heartbreaking, so yes I am so lucky.

So much to be grateful for, especially a wonderful daughter, son , daughter in law and two beautiful, healthy grandchildren, all of whom gave such support both when my husband was dying and since.

Spending time and living in 3 lovely places with easy access to countryside of different types.

Mobility to walk in these places.

I really have evetything I need and beyond.

Thanks so much, Starrlight. Kind of you to write.

Have I told you how much I adore your name? I smile when I see it. It makes me feel as though I sort of 'know' you a little.
