Hi
If your blood work has came out fine, it indicates that your organs are functioning well. You also need to consult your doctor w.r.t. the health of your heart and lungs.
Low blood pressure and high blood pressure both can have these symptoms. Get your BP measured.
If you have done a blood work recently, check your haemoglobin level. Is it on the lower side of the recommend normal?
If these things are clear, your health anxiety will automatically go away. Please consult a doctor for more info.
Take care...
Hello
When we have anxiety we always jump to the worse scenario and think any minute now we are going to die , I know because I have HA and when it is all in my head that is one thing but when it is suggested maybe doing a test to see what is happening well then that is it before the test has even been done for me my head says it is all over !!!
Having a full blood count done is a really good way for you Doctor to feel happy with how you body is in general
I presume she or he would have taken your BP , listened to your heart ?
Maybe if this was not done making another appointment and telling them how your anxiety is affecting you , asking if they have not they would do your BP listen to your heart for reassurance and I suspect they will be fine so maybe you could ask if you were interested in medications to help or therapy ?
I do not think you are about to die but I know your anxiety will play on that thought and anxiety can make you dizzy as well as giving you lot's of physical feelings , so just get those few things confirmed and then you can start to accept you are well but you do have anxiety and that is what you need to concentrate and work on

Yes anxiety will manifest itself with dizziness, lightheaded, chest pains, headaches, muscle aches, the list goes on. The (what if’s ) will make you overthink things and course the symptoms to continue off and on. Anxiety meds help people cope with this. You’ve been to a Dr and Blood work has been done and all clear. So try and relax and tell yourself your fine as the Dr advised you.
