Could it be anxiety related?

I've been taking small bits of food or a snack today and I got hungry so I decided to have some more soup I had earlier with vegetables and I was only able to take a few bits because I started to feel nauseous and I could feel a little anxiety. So could that just be another symptom of anxiety?

Hello. Sure it could be anxiety, or it could not. Maybe your body was just telling you it had enough of that soup and vegetables for today. Seriously, you're right, anxiety can show it's ugly face in many possible ways. Usually, I have no appetite when I'm going through an anxiety period. Hopefully, you won't worry much about your situation.

Thank you, I've been anxious all day on and off, I'm just worried that I'm not eating enough because I didn't eat yesterday my stomach has been complaining all day and it's been uncomfortable

Ahhhh. So an empty stomach yesterday, and then small amounts of food throughout today.

I think you're right not to worry. Sounds like your stomach was saying "Whattttttt???" :)

The beautiful black eye has lavender, black, a strange color of yellow-green?

That you so much for asking. Hope to be able to drive by Monday. :)

It's also making me get slightly panicked, and it's almost time everyone goes to bed and I'm going to be awake alone for awhile and I think I'm going to have trouble going to sleep

Try the Tums....You're letting your anxiety

rule you over slight indigestion....Don't let that happen, ok? Start meditation or you nightly prayers now if you do either one at night. (After you take the Tums. Some drug stores are open all night if you need to buy some.) You're training yourself not to jump immediately into anxiety over small things, ok? :)

Thank you, I just took some anti acid liquid that I have here, I hope it works and everything settles and I'm able to sleep

Good!. Try meditation or your prayers now to take your concentration away from anxiety.

Have a good night sleep. :)

How are you feeling now ?

I couldn't even look at food it made me feel sick my stomach felt knotted.I lost a lot of weight which I didn't need to lose but gradually I got my appetite back. My dietician said a little bit of food is better than none so eat small portions if you can.
