Anyone have chest pain while taking a bath?

I’ve had horrible anxiety and symptoms for the past 2 years and my symptoms has started to decrease which is why I haven’t posted as much. However every time I take a cold or hot bath I either get chest pain or it feels like my heart is delaying. I am a track athlete so hot and cold baths generally help me a lot for sore muscles but I have nervously avoiding them for nearly a year because of this reason. I have had numerous ekg’s the past two years so Ik it’s not heart related but it’s hard to avoid.
