My panic attacks come about every other day. I seem to be triggered by looking at some previous situation, or a memory of a pervious attack. Instant de-realization, dizziness, scary.....but only last seconds. Maybe 15 seconds, tops.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? It’s quite weird.
Hi Bboris, my psychiatrist use to call it "free floating anxiety"
"bbanxiety" is right in that it can come out of the blue. Passes as fast
as it came. Feel more reassured by telling your doctor or therapist.
It's part of the Anxiety game it plays. xx
Hi there,
If you see my previous posts, they might relate to what you're talking about.
I can definitely relate to what you're describing. Sometimes I'll be sat there nice and calm, and all of a sudden, a burst of anxiety or panic accompanied by a random thought that genuinely means nothing most of the time.
As with every concern that we have, definitely see your doctor and discuss this with them.
If you have and all is well, rest assured that there definitely are others out there that have this happen to them, as I have personally spoken to a few people who also have this.
Feel free to PM if you have any questions.
