Need suggestions

Hi i m using flouxetine 20 mg for last 4 years i m quite comfort with it i use 20 mg twice on one day then only 20 mg on next day and so on. But i suffer again some depression like bad thoughts little bit panic attacks. Is there any 1 to suggest me what i do now any physician in this forum to help me should i increase dose to cope my problems need usefull suggestions from all of u thanks!
