Hello everyone, I have missed the comfort in knowing I do not struggle alone in this world with anxiety and panic. I have been missing because I have been fighting Covid. Talk about panic-inducing... for the past month I have been in almost continuous panic although I had very mild symptoms. Every time I palpitated, or felt funny I would go into panic. Not to mention worrying about whether one of my kids would get it.. I still worry, but we are enough days removed and they have shown no symptoms. My blessings are abundant but now the after-Covid panic... still tired and do I need to do anything to make sure its not doing 'lingering damage'?? My struggle continues my friends but I have found time to read up on breathwork. If any of you are doing this and can help me get started, please reach out. Stay well.
xoxo

Hello
Sorry to read you have been dealing with covid but well done beating the awful disease and I think you have done really well regarding your anxiety , nine would have been uncontrollable !
I go on You Tube a lot , I put in breathing exercises , deep relaxation so much comes up to choose from I would find it hard to believe that something would not be on there that might help you or anyone needing help
I hope you keep getting better and better and stronger to
I am getting stronger everyday but the anxiety and panic is worse because you hear horror stories, its been an interesting dynamic. Thank you for the tips, I will head to YouTube. xoxo
People always thrive on the horror stories and we tend to zoom in on them but there are so many positive one's that outweigh them and you will be one of the positive one's that you can tell others about when they are worrying
