I dont know what to do. My muscles ache all over, have pain in stomach, thrush, sweats and chills, palpitations, insomnia, the slightest thing hurts and cant stop crying. Because of Covid I'm scared. If you phone gp youv got to explain everything to receptionist and then you get a callback. It could be any gp who doesnt know your case and you have to explain everything. Ried cbt, meditation. I'm at my wits end.

What do I do now.
Hello
I can really relate to your symptoms I have been having these same one's for years or similar
The hot sweats or feeling cold , palpitations they put down to anxiety
The pains I get in arms shoulders and legs they put down to fibromyalgia
The stomach issues they put down to IBS due to anxiety or so they say
Insomnia they put down to anxiety
I get a stuffy nose what seems to be sinus infection after sinus infection which they put down to allergies
I get dry eyes , sore eyes and stingy eyes which again they say allergies
I get dreadful migraines which in all honesty they have not really said what is causing that maybe the menopause even though I feel I must be going through the longest menopause ever and I have been getting one , two or all these symptoms for years , it drags me down and yes it makes my anxiety worse , I feel I get fobbed of and I cry many times because sick and tired of feeling this way
I agree that with the covid it is making matters even worse !
I would do one or two things or both
I would phone your Doctors and maybe when you do get through say you want to be seen , I know you will possibly have to speak to the Doctor first but when you do tell them ( I know it can be hard to stay firm ) but let them know you feel this cannot be dealt with over the phone and you need to be seen , if they refuse , say well could you put it on my records that I asked to be seen please and was refused ( this sometimes can make them change their minds )
You can also go on the Government NHS site and order a covid test to be posted to your home
The are easy to do and I doubt you have it but know how you will fear you have and by doing one it would give you peace of mind that it is not that
Let us know how you get on
Take Care x
Thank you for your reply. It does you good to know someone has the same symptoms and your not mad. My dr has mentioned a lot of it could be fibromyalgia, but never actually says it is. They also mentioned menopause as I get regular candida infections, but how can sweats still be that I'm 69. My husband died 21 years ago and that side of things just stopped suddenly.
Like you I have a blocked nose and sore eyes. Mouth gets sore too cant drink hot drinks have to wait for them to cool.
I guess we just have to plod on. Thanks for your reply, if you need to talk I'm here. Take care.
Hello
Even though I would not wish what I go through on anyone I an relieved it is not just me either that has all these symptoms !
I feel there is something underlying but they never get to the bottom of it which is so frustrating !
I feel I have a sinus infection now , drives me mad
But you are not alone and if you ever want to talk just message me or post x
Hello
Just wondered how you are feeling today and if you did phone your Doctor ? x
It is a relief to know I’m not the only one who has all theses symptoms,it must be anxiety...I still get the most dreadful sweats and I’m 70..sinus problems have been with me for many many years..take care x
Hello
I think anxiety can cause the sweats , also my Doctor broke the news to me that some women can have hot flushes for the rest of their life's which I thought great !
The sinus issues , I get one every other month roughly I have one now and they make me feel so ill , when I ask the Doctors it is like they don't care or they don't understand how ill they make you feel
You are not alone though and we are always here to talk to even if we don't always have the answers x
