It's back and it's hitting me hard

Hey everyone after 2 weeks of getting involved in activities trying to change my life style I hear upsetting news about someone in my department ( place of work ) got texted for Covid_19 and waiting for her results this has triggered my anxiety sooo much I was unable to breath and I'm restless I feel scared and sad

I hate when this happens you can be in a good place then boom something bad triggers you and you’re back to square one again

Having a coworker tested is scary. Your anxiety is understandable. Acknowledging our anxiety is the first step to defeating it:) What works for me is exercise, journaling, praying, and reading uplifting Scripture and books. Turning my anxiety "over" and asking for help are essential! You are on the right track, my friend. Praying your coworker's result is negative!
