Can someone just give me a a bit of advice my mind is going crazy my medication is working wonders for me but the only issue is the skin is itching so bad and I want to get the gp to change my meds the only thing is I am scared to make the change since this one is doing wonders for me just makes me feel a bit down as I have this itchy skin and there seems to be nothing I can do about it all creams don’t work I can’t put selective clothing on as well I just don’t no what to do it’s driving me mad but I don’t want to have all the start up effects again when you start a new med as it’s awful ahh

Hi Jessica x How much is mentally feeling good if the trade off is physical distress.

It's got to be terrible to live with itching nothing worse than that feeling.

It is important you have a talk with your doctor regarding the side effect of the medication.

Depending how long you've been on this med can make a difference as well as giving you

something else in addition to the medicine you are already on. (Antihistamine)

If the doctor thinks that is not an option, then you may have to bite the bullet and try

another med. I know all too well in how long it took me to take medication in the first place.

But once you find that one that gives you complete relief, it will be the only way you can go

I really don’t want to change medications but I may have to as the side effects on this one are not good I don’t no what to do for the best can someone advice me on my next step as I feel so worried right now it’s making me anxious about life I just want some relief and his isn’t giving me it I don’t think but changing medication isn’t going to be easy by fair
