I have some reading and figuring to do but it’s hard to concentrate. I’m so anxious about this. Maybe simply wait for the right time when I am not pressuring myself. I feel like I’m running out of time.

I can’t seem to concentrate
The more you worry about running out of time, the more stressed you will become and the harder it will become to get done what you need to do. Take a deep breath, watch a funny movie or go for a nice walk and see if any of these things helps you.
Absolutely! It’s very difficult to concentrate when you’re not calm. You can’t force yourself to concentrate because that tends to increase the stress which is causing the inability to concentrate in the first place.
This might sound like a bit of a vicious circle, but it is possible to break out of it by doing exactly what you suggest. Take some time out and try not to think that this time is wasted - it is actually productive because it is freeing the mind (which is why things often come to mind when we’re relaxed or dozing). Then you’ll be more productive in whatever time you have left.
Wait and take your time. Doing a little at once still gets things done. I put tremendous pressure on myself and at times it paralyzes me. I'm so afraid I'll screw up! You can do this. I believe in you. HUGS and BLESSINGS!
Thanks! I managed to study for over an hour last night but I didn’t retain much at all. I think I need Adderall.
I have always told my kids before a big exam "You know more than you think you do". Since they have always gotten good grades, my son did well enough on his civil service exam to be hired as a firefighter then passed an accelerated paramedic course and my daughter passed her nursing boards they think I'm right. But definitely check in to Adderal if you think it will help.
